Add a Google Business Profile booking or appointment link

Adding a booking or appointment link to your Business Profile so customers can schedule directly from your listing — via 'Reserve with Google' partners or your own booking URL.

Letting someone book the instant they're convinced removes the friction of 'call during business hours'. A booking button captures intent at its peak and converts browsers into scheduled jobs while a competitor's listing just shows a phone number.

How to do it

    Check if your scheduler integrates with Google
    Many tools (Calendly, Squarespace Scheduling, Square Appointments) integrate with 'Reserve with Google'. If yours does, linking is nearly automatic.

    Add the booking link
    In your profile, find the booking/appointment field and add your scheduling URL (or connect the supported provider).

    Test it end to end
    Tap the booking button on your listing and confirm it lands on a working scheduler with your real availability.

    A booking link showing stale availability is worse than none. Keep the calendar behind it accurate.
