Get listed by the companies you buy from or work with

Ask the manufacturers, distributors and suppliers you already work with to list you on their websites as a dealer, installer, stockist or partner.

These links come from eligibility, not persuasion: you already do business together. They are relevant to your trade, they send customers who are looking for exactly what you do, and many companies keep these lists up to date for their own reasons.

How to do it

   List the brands you buy, install or sell

   Go through your invoices for the last year. Write down every manufacturer and supplier.

   Check each one for a dealer or installer finder

   Look for “Find a dealer”, “Where to buy”, “Certified installers” or “Partners” on their website.

   Apply or ask where you qualify

   Some have a form; others need an email to your sales rep. Give your exact business name, address, phone and website, the same as everywhere else.

   Check the listing goes live with a link

   When it appears, make sure it links to your website, not only shows your phone number.
